What an election week! Those of you following the Travels with Baby Facebook page may have seen my note about taking all 3 of my kids with me to vote earlier this week. I tend to talk A LOT about the importance – and privilege – of voting when it comes time for these things, and believe it or not they were very proud to go with me and watch as my completed ballot fed into the machine and I said, “Kids, THIS is where the magic really happens!”
I can’t watch election night coverage without thinking of this fun trip to D.C. with our firstborn.
