Word came through yesterday that the Travels with Baby Tips blog rocketed up to #5 Overall for Babble.com’s 2012 “Top 25 Travel Blogs for Families.” Woot!
And it’s holding strong at #2 in the sub-category of “Insider Tips & Tricks” for the second year in a row. Double-woot!
The competition is global, and I’m honored to be in such fantastic company with family travel bloggers that include no-strings nomadic families, traveling families with special needs children, and blogs that are manned (or more often “mommed”) by teams with multiple writers.

As I’ve been saying for 8 years now, “Spit-up happens. Travel anyway.” It may be hard to get out the door, but the rewards of adventuring together as a family and spending quality time together away from the distractions of home should never be underestimated–nor underappreciated.
